In 2008 YouTube contest conducted at
Oakwood and Miamisburg High Schools
Dayton Ohio
The Breast Cancer Foundation in Dayton sponsored this video contest at Oakwood and Miamisburg High Schools. Participants created short films that offer the audience an entertaining and interesting insight about Breast Cancer and the importance of having a screening mammogram. They were to highlight that cost is not a factor for good health because of organizations like The Breast Cancer Foundation and others, which provide free mammograms for women.
All films were up loaded (posted) to YouTube, and the film with the most Internet hits after 30 days at each school was the winner.
The Breast Cancer Foundation, established in 1993 in Dayton, Ohio, is a not for profit organization operated by volunteers who are dedicated to fighting breast cancer through education, early detection, and survivor support services.
